Winter Menus Now Out!

George Washington – 1777 Winter Encampment at Jockey Hollow, at Morristown, N.J.

In the winter of 1777, after Continental victories at Trenton and Princeton, General George Washington headed to the perfect place for an encampment, and for his military headquarters: Morristown, NJ. Strategically, it was the ideal place to stay, and stay they did—Morristown remained a crucial city during the Revolutionary War, and housed hundreds of soldiers during the colder months of the year. Morristown has always been special, but it may be slightly more unique during the winter, when people can curl up in front of a fire and enjoy the city’s history and community.

Like Washington’s troops who arrived in our city just in time for the winter season, our new menus have arrived as well! Be sure to come in for delicious dishes, some old, and some new. Recent additions include our flavorful Orecchiette with Chicken Sausage, as well as our own signature Bistro Chowder. We’ve brought back some seasonal favorites as well! Back on our menu are the Honey Roasted Acorn Squash and the Cauliflower Leek Gratin. Also, after your meal we offer Mulled Apple Cider, which is sure to warm you up on a chilly evening—the perfect ending to your day.

Below are links to view our lunch and dinner menus. At the top of both pages are downloadable and printable pdf versions of both.

We look forward to seeing you soon for a wonderful dinner!
