Hello all! As the cold weather finally goes away, we’re happy to announce that the 2015 Spring Menu is available at Washington St. Bistro. Still full of favorites, the Spring Menu has a few new dishes that are light, fresh, and filling:
- Tarragon Chicken Fricassée, with Goffle Farms French Chicken, roasted carrots, and tarragon cream
- Pan Roasted Salmon, with sorrel cream and fingerling potatoes
- Penne with Asparagus Pesto, with mint, parsley, tarragon, and pine nuts, tossed with asparagus, cream, and finally topped with parmesan cheese
The three dishes are succulent, flavorful, light (but also filling!), and delicious. We have also added grilled asparagus with lemon oil drizzle as a side dish.
